Merry & Bright
As Christmas arrives and I start to unwind ;10pm African time;I want to share something from the deepest part of my heart. Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for being part of my lil space . Your presence—near or far—means more than you may realize.
This year might have not been so easy for some of us.There were moments of loneliness that felt long and heavy, moments when it seemed like we were walking through life quietly, carrying more than we could explain. Sometimes, even in a crowd, the heart can feel alone. If you’ve felt that way, please know that you are not weak for feeling it—and you are not alone in it.
Coming home after a period of loneliness;spending Christmas with my family after 5 long years feels different. It feels warm, safe, and deeply comforting. It reminds me that I belong, that I am seen, and that love has always been waiting for me even when it felt far away. This season reminds me that it’s okay to rest, to reconnect, and to let my heart breathe again.
I’m reminded of this promise:
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven." (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
If you are in a place where things feel heavy right now, please hold on. It will get better. I promise you .Better days are ahead—days filled with peace, healing, laughter, and renewed hope. Even if it doesn’t feel like it yet, God’s light is still working quietly, and joy will find its way back to you.If I am to be honest with you;I am at peace and rest!
As we celebrate Christmas, I hope you feel surrounded by warmth, love, and the quiet reassurance that you are deeply valued and deeply seen. May this season bring comfort to your heart and remind you that you are never truly alone.
Thank you for being here, for reading this, and for sharing this journey with me. I look forward to better days ahead—for all of us.
Wishing you a blessed Christmas and a hopeful, beautiful New Year. ❤️✨
With love,
Mo
